Luke 10:2-3
2 He told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. 3 Go! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves.
When you see a problem, do you complain or pray about it? Do you do something about it? We are most certainly called to pray. Please pray often! We are also called to go!
Matthew West sings this awesome song called ‘Do Something’. It is about someone screaming out to the Lord asking when He was going to do something about all the problems in the world. God replies, I did, I created you! Guess what? God created YOU! By you, I also mean me.
Praying is certainly where we start everything, but it is not the end. Part of our prayer needs to be, “How can I help Lord”. Send me Lord. Show me where I am needed. Give me the strength and tools I need today to be Your hands and feet. Just pray, get your task list, then Go!
